GOLDEN RULE SERVICE
Our company was originally founded in 2014 as Golden Rule Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Rooter, or, Golden Rule Service. Our founder, Alan Gentry, built the company from the ground up with hard work and faith. He takes great pride in not only proving plumbing and ac repair service to the Sioux Falls community, but also in providing employment opportunities for young people in the trades.
Our founder, Alan Gentry, knew that while our brand recognition as Golden Rule was strong, the logo and branding was less than memorable and not very distinctive. In 2019 we started to build a new brand. A brand which would convey the fast and friendly service we had become known for. We also built a highly unique brand that would not be confused with other weaker brands in the market.
INTRODUCING THE COMFORT HEROES
We launched the rebrand from Golden Rule Plumbing and Root Rooter to Comfort Heroes Plumbing, Heating & Air in early 2020. Since then we have not looked back. Our clients across the Sioux Empire have reached out to share that they love the new rebrand and look forward to continuing to do business with our company. We look forward to serving you with the same friendly service that we have become known for.
