Covid-19 | A Message To Sioux Falls

At Comfort Heroes Plumbing, Heating & Air we are proud to serve our valued clients across Sioux Falls and the Sioux Empire. The situation with COVID-19 is still very fluid and will likely cause even more disruptions to our daily routines in the coming days. However, we are committed to serving you throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.
We want to assure you that we are actively monitoring the situation in Sioux Falls and taking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our core value “Highest Level of Integrity” means that you can count on us to always do the right thing, no matter what. You can rest assured knowing that each and every day we will do everything that we can to be there for you when you need us.
This is what you can expect from our team of Comfort Heroes when you schedule plumbing, furnace or ac repair. Every team member that comes to your home will continue with our current cleanliness best-practices. This includes wearing booties and using drop cloths on the job site. Each truck in our fleet carries gloves, face masks, soap, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant surface wipes for frequent cleaning of hands, tools, and surfaces.
Additionally, each morning our Comfort Heroes will check in with their manager to have their body temperature recorded. We are also checking whether or not our team members are showing any other symptoms of COVID-19. We will not send a sick team member into your home. Another decision I made is to limit foot traffic at our company headquarters in Sioux Falls. This extra precaution will help limit the potential for community spread. Our office has been disinfected and our staff are working remotely from home with laptops and cell phones.
Most importantly, I am working closely with our suppliers to ensure our continued ability to support families in our community with 24/7 service. Our mission is to ensure you and your family can live safe and comfortable lives.
