I got quotes from six companies for a new AC and heater system. While Comfort Heroes wasn’t the cheapest, they were absolutely the best. Other companies wanted to purge my lines and reuse them with a new chemical that, when mixed with the previous chemical, would create an acid. My AC unit has caused issues for many companies before, but Comfort Heroes stayed until the job was finished. They are honest, clear, and go the extra mile. They’re the best!

Since every home is different, determining if it makes financial sense to replace your HVAC system will differ. Replacing your whole-home heating and cooling system can improve comfort, lower utility bills, and extend the lifespan of your HVAC system. If you are not sure if you should replace your HVAC system, call Comfort Heroes Plumbing, Heating & Air to have a heating and cooling expert assess your system, and determine the proper size replacement your home will require.
Yes, you should always have your HVAC system professionally serviced by an expert at Comfort Heroes Plumbing, Heating & Air at least once a year to ensure everything is working properly and to prevent any potential issues from worsening. Having your whole-home heating and cooling system serviced every year will also improve air quality, lower utility bills, ensure your manufacturer’s warranties, extend your system’s lifespan, and lastly, increase comfort. It has been reported that 85% of service calls could have been prevented with proper maintenance. .
What size whole-home heating and cooling unit you will need will depend on a lot of factors such as the type of house you own, its insulation, walls, attic space, and more. It’s very important that you have a heating and cooling expert from Comfort Heroes Plumbing, Heating & Air determine the correct sized unit for your home as a system that is too large could result in a home that’s too humid, causing problems with moisture and mold. On the other hand, a system that is too small will run constantly, running up your energy bill.
Yes, if you replace your outdoor unit, you should also replace your indoor unit. There are many reasons as to why you should replace both units at the same time. Air conditioners and heat pump outdoor units are manufactured to work with an indoor unit and when you mix and match units, efficiency and performance can be significantly reduced. Additionally, by buying both the indoor and outdoor units together, you’ll get a warranty covering the whole system. For further information, call the pros at Comfort Heroes Plumbing, Heating & Air.
I am so greatful for these guys!. I called them late but they still came out next day. Realized my unit was to old to repair but helped me find financing to get a new one. Jeff was super knowledgeable about different options. And got a team out here the very next day, (the Friday before labor day) and installed a new unit. They got it installed in roughly 4 hours. Very fast. And friendly. Had to have an electrician come out and lay some new wires. Greg was here right on time. And got to work immediately. SUPER GREATFUL for this company.
